To Parents/Guardians

Our school is for your child. So your child is very important person in our school, our aim is to make him / her fit for life. Your maximum co-operation is essential to bring out the best in the child in the following respects.
1.    In case your child is travelling by your own transport please ensure that he / she reaches the school on time.
2.    Please make sure that the child comes to the school in proper school uniform even if it is for a short duration and for any purpose.
3.    The school will be sending notes, circulars etc. through the students from time to time, which may please be attended to.
4.    Please go through the progress report issued periodically and take suitable steps for improvement.
5.    You are most welcome to meet the Principal. You can also meet the class teacher and the other subject teachers during the recess hours, before and after the class hours without the prior permission of the Principal.
6.    Please ensure that the child is regular in doing the home assignments, project works and devotes time and attention to studies at home.
7.    Please pay the school fees and conveyance fees etc. on time and keep the fee receipts till the end of the academic year. (Any complaints without the receipts will not be entertained at all)
8.    The school reserves the sole right to dismiss students whose progress in studies is consistently unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful or injurious to other students. Immorality, grave insubor¬dination, contempt of authority or willful damage to school property are some of the reasons for immediate dismissal.
9.    It is sincerely hoped that you will be tactful enough to avoid criticism of a teacher in the presence of your ward; as this under¬mines the childs respect for the teacher and the school. In case you have legitimate complaints, you should meet the Principal.
10.    To the best interest of their children, parents are requested to respond readily when they are asked to call on the School authori¬ties and teachers.
